Bathrooms
Our bathrooms are delivered turnkey, with water heater and prepared for a washing machine. Ready to be used directly after the installation to the sewerage system. The layouts are effectively designed to provide maximum space in relation to the size.
Layouts
Depending on whether the bathroom is to be placed on the short side of the module, or in the middle as a room divider, two layouts have been developed with the same materials. Larger, handicapped accessible bathrooms are of course also offered, these we believe we design best together with the customer.
The bathroom which also provides a natural room section. Often combined with a small kitchen for easier plumbing work, resulting a lower price on the kitchen.
The bathroom that fills the entire with of the module, which leaves a lot of space for the living room or bedroom.
Materials
The walls are built like our interior walls with Knauf Ultra Board, along with vinyl on the floor and walls. The vinyl used is Tarkett iQ Natural, the world’s first vinyl floor with bio-attributed vinyl, BIOVYN ™, bio-attributed vinyl from INOVYN. This means that the fossil oil is replaced with bio-based raw materials during production. Read more here.
