Hur kan modulerna kopplas ihop?
On all horizontal trails! Both the short and long sides can be opened, with just as large an opening as you wish. Try our Online Builder for more inspiration!

Kan jag lägga till en modul i efterhand?
Of course!

Kan jag koppla ihop en modul med ett befintligt hus, som inte är från Add a Room?
Yes. The module is then delivered completely turnkey, with an opening to the existing house. After that, a local craftsman needs to open up the existing house, and build the two houses together. Generally, this is a relatively quick process, but it varies greatly depending on the existing house. Contact us and we will be happy to help you estimate the work.

Kan Add a Room ta hand om hela processen?
Yes. With more than 10 years of experience, we are happy to help with building permits and procurement of external actors, so you can focus on other things!

Hur värms modulerna upp?
As standard, the modules are delivered with underfloor heating in the bathroom and an electric radiator. An air source heat pump for larger houses can be added, or a genuine wood burning stove.

Behöver modulerna målas utvändigt?
The façade does not need to be painted or treated. If unpainted, the house patinates over time to a beautiful, grey tone. Read more about our panel.

Vart levererar Add a Room?
Add a Room has so far delivered houses to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Germany, the Netherlands, and we are happy to expand the list further. Although the houses can be shipped across the Atlantic, the most cost-effective deliveries are within Europe.
The houses are built to comply with Swedish and Danish standards. If you need other standards, this needs to be discussed further. Some customers have chosen to order the houses as shell houses, and then let a local craftsman install electricity, plumbing and insulation to ensure that the local requirements are met.
