Das Haus wird als Gästehaus genutzt, kann aber auch komplett eigenständig als minimalistisches Fluchthaus aufgestellt werden.
„Ich habe ein ziemlich kleines Sommerhaus in Sorunda in der Nähe von Stockholm bekommen und hatte das Gefühl, dass mehr Betten für Gäste benötigt würden. Ich habe mich schon seit einiger Zeit nach einem geeigneten Gästehaus umgesehen, konnte aber nichts Passendes finden passte zum bestehenden Haus. Dann sah ich das Musterhaus Add a Rooms in Ulriksdal und war komplett verkauft! Ich bin mit allem bisher sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte viele Gäste, die übernachtet haben, und alle sind von dem Haus und der fantastischen Aussicht völlig verzaubert aus der großen Glasabteilung.“

The getaway house for the Danish artist
An iconic plot surrounded by nature, the perfect getaway spot. The plot got an old barn at 120 square meters, which is complemented with an Add a Room for sleeping!

The beach-house
In Mols, just outside of Aarhus, we’ll find Lisbeth and Palles Add a Room, named the beach-house. The beach-house consists of a 30 square meter Add a Room module, with a kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom.

The house that provides the perfect independence for the teenagers. Two identical rooms, each with its own sliding door section and veranda, give the feeling of a private house, while facilities such as a bathroom and a kitchenette are found in the common hall.

Just outside Stockholm, we find the financial adviser Michael’s villa with associated plot. For Michael, Add a Room was an opportunity to contribute to a reduced housing shortage, at the same time as it could contribute with passive income, and in the future provide a more flexible life.

A smooth addition of an extra bedroom, right next to the main house. The house is connected to the main house via a plank. The close location, without actually being interconnected internally, provides the best of both worlds. The private feeling of your own house is combined with the simple transition to the main house for kitchen and bathroom.
