1,2,3. Planning and potential visit
Our moduler building system is like LEGO for adults. With three connection points (marked in blue) in the house as well as our outdoor modules, there are so many ways you can put the modules together to optimise the space to your specific needs.
The Danish top architect Lars Frank Nielsen offers to visit your lot to provide suggestions on how to combine modules to achieve you unique house for the cost of 6 000 DKK plus transportation cost. The price may vary slightly depending on where your property is located. We help you introduce you to Lars Frank Nielsen.
If you need project leading we have an external sales agent whom also offers project leading for all external work needed before receiving the Add a Room houses. We can put you in contact with her if needed.
A building permit is often required and we can provide you with necessary drawings for the application.
4. Prepared before the delivery
Foundations, external water and electricity should be prepared before delivery of the house. Drawings detailing incoming and outgoing water and electrical points will be provided in advance by Add a Room.
Our modular houses are complete from the beginning. They are delivered by truck and put on the prepared foundations by a crane in one piece. Electricity and plumbing points are connected by local experts. This way there is no building site on your lot and no need for weather worries throughout the build.
Before delivery you will receive a drawing explaining how to prepare the foundation.
Delivery costs can vary depending on location, please get in contact to find out more details.
7,8. After delivery
A local carpenter will connect the house to the foundations according to Add a Room's specifications, an electrician and perhaps a plumber (depending which house variant you choose) to connect the house.
